Accessibility
Last reviewed: August 9, 2026
We aim for WCAG 2.1 AA across the site’s navigation, language selection, product discovery, status, support, contact, and form journeys.
Site practices
Keyboard and focus
A skip link, visible focus, and keyboard-operable public navigation and controls are provided.
Screen readers and semantics
Interactive controls expose names, states, and results; status and errors are not conveyed by color alone.
Display and appearance
Layouts support text enlargement and reflow, with light, dark, and system appearance choices.
Reduced motion
The site respects reduced-motion preferences; content and actions do not depend on animation.
Language
The site supports Traditional Chinese, Japanese, and English. Changing language preserves the current public path but never copies form, practice, token, or private query data.
Known limitations
The feedback page links to the third-party Canny service. Its accessibility status is outside the site’s verified boundary. If that flow is not usable, use Support or email instead.
