Terms & Conditions

These Terms are effective as of 2026-05-06.

These Terms of Service (together with the End User License Agreement, the “Terms”) apply to 命箋 (Destiny Slip) (the “Application”), developed and operated by Taiwolskit (the “Service Provider”). By downloading, installing, or using the Application you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Service Description

The Application provides charting tools for traditional Eastern divination techniques — Bazi, Zi Wei Dou Shu, Liu Yao (King Wen), Qi Men Dun Jia, Liu Ren, and Xuan Kong Fei Xing — together with client and chart-history management. Two tiers are offered:

  • Free: basic charting, on-device client management (up to 30 clients), history retention, supported by banner advertising.
  • Personal (NT$349 / month): all Free-tier features plus:
    • An ad-free experience
    • Client capacity raised to 200
    • Unlimited chart history
    • End-to-end-encrypted Cloud Sync (AES-256-GCM)
    • Advanced charting parameters and priority support

v1.0 does not include AI chart interpretation or a credit system. AI interpretation, PDF report export, credit packs, and a Studio plan will be introduced in later versions.

2. Subscription Terms

  • Auto-renewal: Personal-tier subscriptions automatically renew at the same price at the end of each billing cycle unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the cycle ends.
  • Cancellation: manage and cancel subscriptions through the “Account → Subscriptions” section of the Apple App Store or Google Play. Uninstalling the Application alone does not cancel an active subscription.
  • Refunds: handled exclusively by the platform (Apple App Store or Google Play) under their respective refund policies. The Service Provider does not directly process refunds and makes no separate refund commitment.
  • Free trial: where a platform-provided trial is offered, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
  • Price changes: the Service Provider may adjust subscription pricing; changes take effect on the next billing cycle and you will be notified per platform requirements.

3. License & Restrictions

The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal license to install and use the Application on devices you own or control. You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Application.
  • Bulk-scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data or content.
  • Resell, rent, sublicense, distribute, publish, or commercialize any part of it.
  • Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
  • Use the Application for any purpose violating applicable law.
  • Interfere with the Application’s servers, networks, or operation.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access, without prejudice to legal remedies.

4. Content Disclaimer

Charts, fortunes, period analyses, and Feng Shui readings produced by the Application are auxiliary tools for divination study, intended for personal research, education, and entertainment. They do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, investment, legal, occupational, or any other professional advice. Please consult qualified professionals in the relevant fields for important decisions; the Service Provider is not responsible for any decision you make based on chart output.

5. Intellectual Property

All icons, fonts, illustrations, copy, UI design, source code, trademarks, and derivative database rights within the Application belong to Taiwolskit and are protected by the Copyright Act and Trademark Act of the Republic of China and applicable international treaties. No reproduction, modification, adaptation, distribution, or public transmission is permitted without prior written consent.

The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice for any violation of these Terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account. Provisions concerning intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. THE SERVICE PROVIDER MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT IT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FIT FOR YOUR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE PROVIDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION. THE SERVICE PROVIDER’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Taipei District Court of Taiwan as the court of first instance.

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of dispute, please first contact us at [email protected] for good-faith negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue the proceedings described in Section 9.

11. Changes

The Service Provider may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced prominently in the Application. Continued use after such notice constitutes consent to the revised Terms.
