How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone / iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Destiny Slip → Cancel Subscription. Android: Google Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Destiny Slip → Cancel subscription.
How do I delete my account?
Email [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the email tied to your account. We will process the request within 30 days. Note: deletion permanently removes all your data, including any unused AI credits.
What are AI credits and how do I get them?
AI credits power the AI chart-interpretation features. Earn them by watching rewarded ads (+3 per ad, up to twice a day), purchase packs in-app (30 / 100 / 300 credits), or receive a monthly quota with the Lite or Standard subscription.
Do unused AI credits expire?
Purchased credits never expire. The monthly quota credits bundled with subscriptions reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.
The app isn't working properly. What should I do?
Please try the following: confirm your internet connection, update to the latest version, restart the app or device. If the issue persists, email us with a description of the problem.
How do I request deletion of my personal data?
Email [email protected] to make the request. We will process it within 30 days.
How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
Email [email protected] or use the Feedback page to submit suggestions and bug reports.

AI-generated content is provided for reference and entertainment purposes only and should not be treated as professional, medical, financial, or legal advice.
Where is my chart data stored?
Chart data is encrypted with SQLCipher and stored locally on your device. Subscribed users may opt in to cloud backup via our Cloudflare D1 database.
How do I switch the display language?
Inside the app, go to Settings → Language to switch between Traditional Chinese, Japanese, and English.
